The sun beats down onto their heads and the whip of the cruel taskmaster lashes their backs. This is the daily suffering of the Hebrew slaves in Egypt as they struggle through their pain and exhaustion to build great cities for Pharaoh. Moses, Prince of Egypt, is not indifferent to their plight when one day he is called to lead the people out of their long years of slavery.
