Marlon is a young man with a problem, finding it hard to get the help he needs from a system he doesn't trust. He decides to get away, hops into the nearest vehicle and drives off. When he finds there are two people sat in the back seat who share his feelings of isolation, a simple journey to see the sea turns into a popular crusade about health and happiness.
