Details

Adapted from the original Frank Baum story in Image's unique participatory format, this show, with all new songs and the chance for everyone to take part will be family theatre at its very best. Dorothy, the Tin Man, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion will all follow the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City and Oz. After the defeat of the wicked witch, the friends are given more than they originally requested, but, will Dorothy ever get back home to Kansas? During the light hearted half hour rehearsal, some children are chosen and rehearsed into their parts while the rest of the audience is taught the choruses of four songs. During the interval the actors and children are costumed and the show, lasting 1 hour, runs seamlessly with everyone taking part as rehearsed.
