It's 60 BC and King Lludd is feeling a little out of sorts. He is tired of swinging his sword and yearns for something more artistically satisfying. He turns to town planning but everyone around him seems to disapprove. His fearsome warrior brother thinks Lludd should be concentrating on the Romans rampaging through the Celtic heartlands. His Druidess Aunt Morwenna insists disaster will strike if he doesn't put a stop to the three plagues ruining his townsfolk's lives. Llud, a reluctant hero, battles to save his people from evil fairies, battling dragons and food-stealing-giants.
