Her work will be projected 'live' on the Main House Theatre big screen. Children will be entranced to experience a book created in words and pictures before their very eyes! Tail-End Charlie 14:00 - 60 mins (includes Q&A) ¦ ages 6 - adult This critically acclaimed book tells the hair-raising tale of Mick's father's experience as a WW2 RAF air gunner. Mick and Brita performed this exciting and sensitive book (short-listed for The Blue Peter Award and nominated for the Carnegie Medal) last year at Edinburgh International Book Festival. There will be opportunity to ask questions about Mick and Brita's books and profession - highly recommended for anyone with an interest in becoming an author or illustrator.
