There was a time, up in the far north when the people had no light. Thanks to their friend the crow they are given a tiny bit of light and once they have some the most amazing things start to happen. There is a girl who loves the moon so much it is all she can dream about. She wonders how is shines so brightly, why it keeps changing shape and how she can get there? Thanks to two magical hares her wishes are fulfilled. Then there is an old lady who hates the night so much she will do anything to get rid of it; catch it, stuff it in a bag, feed it to her dog ... anything, as long as she doesn't have to go to bed! The show draws on an Inuit tale, a traditional folk tale and modern fables about the night time. A joyous trilogy of tales from Rip Stop Theatre that take you on a journey through night time, over moon time and around bed time. Told with an animated mix of shadow play and storytelling for anyone over 3 years old.
