A poor old tailor sits in his shop in Gloucester, making a wedding coat for the Mayor. But what happens when he catches a cold and has no choice but to take to his bed for the weekend? Will the coat remain unmade? Don't worry - the world is full of magic; and, when the tailor returns to work, he finds the coat has been finished. But who or what has completed the coat (almost)?!
