There will also be a review of demo tapes. Send your recordings in advance to the ICA and a panel of key A&R professionals will explain why they work or why they don't. Speakers include: James Rose, Recorded Assets co-ordinator, Warner Music; Jonny Reggae, Co-founder and A&R for Catskills Records, Be Rozzo founding director of the Barfly Club; Paul Hitchman and Jim Gottlieb Co-Managing Directors of PlayLouder, AMP and Consolidated Independents; and Julie Weir, MD/ A&R Director of Visible Noise.
