A timely documentary that looks at the Middle East conflict through the eyes of children. Promises features both Palestinian and Israeli kids, whose daily lives are constantly affected by the bitterness and hatred all around them. Touching (and occasionally hilarious) insights help create an energetic and dynamic cinematic experience that offers both insiders and outsiders a well-balanced insight into the current situation in Jerusalem.
