A secret, hi-tech war is being fought right under our noses. The cats of the world, led by Mr Tinkles (an evil genius Persian moggy), are seeking world domination with only a crack squad of doggy agents and a puppy called Lou to save mankind. Jeff Goldblum and Elizabeth Perkins are the humans caught up in the crossfire as felines and canines fight like cats and dogs.
