'Let us show you glimpses of a world of fantasy and nightmares, the realm of Oz given form in fabric and stitch. Created from our imaginings, we give shape to the dreams of others.' Amicis is a group of contemporary textile artists who use a variety of embroidery techniques combined with mixed media. Their work is about time and the connections we make to our past, our culture and our beliefs.
