The aim of WMHD is to make people aware of the issues that surround Mental Health. We aspire to help reduce the stigma that surrounds mental illness, as well as promote awareness of the issues that contribute to it. We will achieve this using the medium of dance, drama and physical theatre. This year, the students of South Cheshire College are being supported by TIC to create a series of workshops and performances that deal with these issues. The performances will be aided by on-hand information displays, group discussions, where people can talk to professionals, and support workers and those suffering from mental illness, music sessions and artists showcasing the work they have achieved through the scheme. In addition, there will be art, relaxation workshops and holistic therapies taking place. Show Time: Starts at 10.00am with events throughout the day, finishes at 4.00pm Tickets: FREE
