Halloween Hullabaloo is the grand finale of the Festival and takes place outside in the Pavilion Gardens, next to the Opera House. Meet at the cafe for an outdoor spectacular featuring firework fountains, pyrotechnics, illuminated flowers, fire and music. Featuring the Babbling Vagabonds and The Garden of Fiery Fabulosity by Walk the Plank.
