Burns Night Celebration

Work:: Burns Night Celebration (S736488297)

Production:: (T01847873035)

Join with us to celebrate Burns Night with the well known Scottish folk singer Alastair MacDonald. On this Burns Night Special, Alastair MacDonald performs not only the work of the Bard in his own energetic and direct style, but also some of the many songs and stories that have come his way throughout his career. If you are a devotee of the bard, or even if you can barely struggle to find a line of Burns' work from memory, there will be something in this show to entertain and perhaps allow you to view Scotland, her language and her people in a new and embracing way. For the full Burns Night experience, why not bring some friends and book for your Burns Supper at The Bistro before coming to the concert?

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
