Lea Anderson formed The Cholmondeleys with Teresa Barker and Gaynor Coward in 1984 after graduating from the Laban Centre. In 1988 Lea established the all-male company The Featherstonehaughs. She has won three consecutive Digital Dance Awards, a Time Out/01 for London Award, a London Dance and Performance Award, and was a finalist in the prestigious Bagnolet competition.
