Our Physical Intentions - Delving into the way daily occurrences affect our mental and physical state. This piece explores a chain-like process that can be broken down into three stages: Situation - Interpretation - Emotional/Physical Reaction (ABC). The way we interpret the world makes a huge difference to how we react. Our thoughts can create a magnified reflection of themselves in the form of an emotion, the thought feeds energy to the emotion, which in-turn energises the thought, and a vicious cycle builds up. By shifting our interpretation, we can subsequently alter our emotional/ physical state. The piece brings together notions of the mental and emotional control and our ability to reach a present state. Herstory - A love story that is at once true and untrue, personal and universal. A love story with a painful twist that has nothing whatsoever to do with love. Urban Interface Dance UK Crossing the Line An exploration of limitations and boundaries within society, utilising an expansive range of movement. A Powerful Utopia, stimulating audience members mentally and physically with a phenomenal, cutting-edge style.
