Seven for a secret, never to be told is this year's must-see performance, adding a touch of magical humour to the Company's repertoire; featuring a gorgeous score based on Ravel's L'enfant et les sortileges, adapted by Stephen McNeff, and with designs by Michael Howells. The programme also features the heartstoppingly athletic Monolith, by director of Danish Dance Theatre, Tim Rushton, plus the world premiere of What Wild Ecstasy, a brand-new work to mark the centenary of Nijinsky's iconic L'apres-midi d'un faune. With music played live by the sensational Rambert Orchestra, the Company's anniversary tour promises drama and spectacle in equal measure.
