From multi-award-winning Swedish choreographer, Johan Inger's fresh and optimistic piece I New Then sees 9 dancers propelled by songs from Van Morrison. The UK Premiere of mutual comfort by Romanian choreographer, Edward Clug, highlights the dancers' own individual stories with surprising moments of beauty and spontaneous irony. Solo by legendary Dutch choreographer, Hans van Manen, delivers an extraordinarily fast-paced ballet set to Bach's violin Partita; an athletic tour de force that will take your breath away. For the finale, Alexander Ekman's Cacti bursts onto the stage with an uplifting and joyous party spirit that celebrates the youthful prowess of NDT2's 18 dancers.
