Kathak Vistaar involves spreading and stretching the boundary of this unique North Indian classical dance and is performed as a solo, a duet and with group choreography, taking it to a much wider audience in the UK. It also passes on the traditions of Kathak Vistaar dance to an upcoming generation. Abhay Shankar Mishra has an extraordinary style which enlightens the Kathak art and pushes the performances to the highest levels. The variety, novelty and creativity of the dance sequences make the show an incredible 'musical-theatre' experience.
