The Gala Flamenca is a much-anticipated part of the Sadler's Wells annual Flamenco Festival.

UK Premiere. Manuel Linan and Alfonso Losa are contemporary mavericks in the world of flamenco. For this celebratory evening, they look past gender and project all that the genre has to offer onto their own bodies. Known for subverting gender roles with his signature flair, Liñán returns to Sadler's Wells in the wake of the acclaimed ¡VIVA! in 2022. Festival de Jerez Critic's Choice Award winner, Losa is revered as the most refined and traditional dancer of his generation. They are joined by 27-year-old Miguel Fernández Ribas, known as El Yiyo - a rising star in flamenco. Also featuring special guest, Carrete de Málaga, known as "the Gypsy Fred Astaire", who is 83 years old and as spectacular as ever.
