Triple Bill - Michael Fokine's Les Syphides (staged by Dame Alicia Markova is set within a moonlit glen where a young man is charmed by the sylphs of the air who surround him. Glen Tetley's Voluntaries - was conceived as a memorial to the legendary British choreographer, John Cranko, it combines classical and modern dance to a highly charged score. Harold Lander's Etudes follows the sequence of a ballet dancer's daily class with an explosive climax.
