Hailing from Holland, the classically trained violinist Tim Kliphuis has rapidly become a name in European swing jazz over the last five years. His spirit and style very much resemble that of the late Stephane Grappelli: virtuoso violin playing with a love for melody. Tim is joined by Mitch Dalton on guitar and Len Skeat on double bass and the programme will feature Grappelli's favourite music, a mixture of American songbook classics and gypsy jazz songs.
