The Billy Fury Story

Work:: The Billy Fury Story (S1103817353)

Billy Fury was an icon of British pop, and during the 1960's, he sold more singles for Decca than the Rolling Stones and scored more hit 45's than the Beatles. The Fury's Tornados backed Billy throughout the 1970's and went back on the road ten years ago to perform the many songs that have brought pleasure to his fans across the years. The band's aim has been to keep the memory and spirit of Billy alive, whilst hopefully bringing his music to new fans too. Billy's long time partner, Lisa Voice introduces the two hour concert, which includes all of Billy's classic hits, including I Will, Halfway to Paradise, It's Only Make Believe, Like I've Never Been Gone, Maybe Tomorrow, Colette and A Thousand Stars.
