A mixture of classical and contemporary Indian music to celebrate Surdhwani's 25th Anniversary and to mark 100 years of Bollywood, featuring Jyotsna Srikanth, one of today's most sought after British violinists. Jyotsna will be accompanied by Shadrach Solomon on keyboard, Karthik Mani on drums and Indian percussion and two very talented vocalists. Surdhwani Sing-along Group will perform the concert curtain-raiser. Jyotsna is firmly rooted in South Indian classical music, besides having had a formal Western and Jazz music education. She has featured in many major global music concerts, including WOMAD - UK and BBC Proms and has played violin for almost 200 Bollywood films under world renowned music director and composer Ilayaraja.
