Soundings: The Watery Part of the World archiveAfter the critical success of War Music, performed in total darkness at BAC last year, Sound and Fury returns to studio 2 to open its sketchbook of new ideas. With a mix of live performance and pre-recorded sound effects, Sound and Fury embarks on a journey of stories inspired by the sea. Drawing on poetry and literature, from Moby-Dick to the Rime of the Ancient Mariner, and using music, startling sound design and total darkness, its storytelling travels the watery part of the world and fathoms the depths beneath.
