Paul Turner is an honours graduate and an elected Associate of the Royal Academy of Music where his many prizes and awards culminated in the Queen's Commendation for Excellence and the Peter Pears Accompaniment Prize. An experienced recitalist he has appeared at London's leading venues and major UK festivals. He has given concerts in Europe and South America and worked with eminent singers and instrumentalists.

Paul Turner's programme will explore the range of Mozart's numerous solo piano works. Featured pieces are the Sonata facile in C major K545, described by Mozart as ?for beginners'; the fantasia and sonata in C minor K475 and k457 ? the fantasia is an excellent example of innovation in the 18th Century and quite technically demanding; Variations on Twinkle twinkle little star, a popular English lullaby set to the tune of a French folk song; and the Turkish rondo, one of Mozart's best known pieces.
