A welcome return for jazz trumpet ace Paul Higgs, this time presenting an evening of classic TV themes, including Spider-Man, Star Trek, The Pink Panther and Doctor Who. Some of the world's best jazz composers - including Neal Hefti, Henry Mancini, Johnny Dankworth, Alexander Courage, and Ron Grainer - were commissioned to write memorable and much-loved TV themes and Paul and his band will be playing these all-time classics alongside jazz arrangements of other TV favourites. As ever, Paul will use his amazing knowledge of jazz history to give some fascinating background to the music.
