Joe's Summer Season

Work:: Joe's Summer Season (S1018348752)

Production:: (T1816098961)

The Grand is delighted to welcome back legendary entertainer Joe Longthorne for Summer 2009. Joe's repertoire of voices is endless and includes hundreds of the world's top singers. Shirley Bassey herself said: "Joe can do me better than I can do myself!" Joe Longthorne began his career over three decades ago with appearances on Junior Showtime, followed by grounding on the tough Northern club circuit. His big break came in 1981 when he was a finalist on London Weekend Television's Search for a Star – this led to appearances at the London Palladium with Bob Hope and The Talk of the Town. During his career, Joe has also received gold and platinum discs for his albums, enjoyed sellout concerts at the Royal Albert Hall and toured Australia several times.
