Da Camera crosses the line between early, folk and contemporary music from 15th century passamezzo (early Italian dances), through traditional music and baroque to newly commissioned works. Da Camera has performed at Wigmore Hall, Purcell Room and the Chester, Dartington, Totnes and Finchcocks festivals and broadcast on BBC Radio 3. All members of the recorder and viol families are used, together with harpsichord or organ.
