The Amadeus Orchestra was recently described by the Times as "One of the finest orchestras of its kind in the world" and their performances are renowned across the globe for their quality and vitality. Philip Mackenzie has been Principal Conductor of the orchestra since 1990 and is one of Europe's most accomplished orchestral conductors. Described recently by The Times as a "brilliant violin soloist", Marat Bisengaliev has also been designated "a Latter-day Ysaye" by the American Journal Fanfare. He is well known in the UK for his many concerto recordings with the London Symphony Orchestra and in 2009 in his home country of Kazahtan was voted Man of the Year.
