Big Ian brings together a stellar group of singers & musicians playing songs they all loved whilst growing up to grace the Theatre Royal stage. The line-up of singers include top singer-songwriter Chris Helme (ex-Seahorses), Heather Findlay ,Bob Harris favourite "Boss Caine", Jess Morgan, Graham Hodge, Toby Burras, the Y Street Band, BBC The Voice's Beth McCarthy, Heidi Widdop & Las Vegas Ken. Expect an evening of unplugged classics from acts as diverse as Bruce Springsteen to the Carpenters & from The Eagles to The Kinks. With a house band led by the legendary George Hall & featuring saxophonist to the stars Mick Donnelly & phenomenal fiddle player Kieran O'Malley it promises to be "A Night to Remember". Sponsored by Radar Healthcare all proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Society with a collection for York's Harmony Dementia Cafe too. This is a night to raise Dementia Awareness in York , raise money, celebrate people who care for others in the city & have a fantastic family evening out.
