Cirque Du Soleil - Saltimbanco is a thrilling and colourful celebration of art and agility, featuring breathtaking acrobatics and unbelievable athleticism during a range of solo and group performances. Costumes are extravagantly designed and full of colour, making each clown a unique piece of art. The show is full of enchanting music and magic making it an experience the whole family can enjoy. With a cast of over 50 artists, from 20 different countries, audience members will be treated to seemingly impossible balancing, jumping and spinning acts with Chinese poles and Russian swings through to gravity-defying bungees and trapeze stunts! Excellent, as always. I kind of agree with Mark Shenton\'s comments and it was interesting to see that, although the acts remain the same the performers do not. Clearly, some of the extremes in the acts performed last time Saltimbanco was here have been toned down (perhaps the performers can no longer achieve these feats?) but then I think some things have improved with age - the bungee performance seemed much better than last time.

CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021. It is important to mention that the UK Theatre Web archive listings (iUKTDb) from March 2020 to July 2021 might not be accurate due to the lack of information regarding rescheduled and cancelled shows.
