Welcome to a series of live personal interviews with leading lights of the theatre world, in which they talk about the songs that inspire them and the work they do, with live performances of some of the songs they choose.

Broadway and West End director and choreographer, is currently represented on Broadway with his production of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying starring Daniel Radcliffe, and in London, where he is currently co-directing the West End transfer of Broadway's Shrek at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. In London, his work has been seen in Guys and Dolls and Evita (transferring to Broadway next year), for which he provided choreography to Michael Grandage's direction. He is also an Associate Director at the Donmar Warehouse where he has himself directed Jason Robert Brown's Parade and Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, with Rachel Weisz.
