Cwtch Cabaret

Work:: Cwtch Cabaret (S1118413614)

Cwtch Cabaret is an exciting series of alternative cabaret evenings (for ages 16+), ranging from curious circus acts, to live mood lifting music, and lashings of outrageous comedy.

Production:: (T02048064745)

Season openers Lynam and McKenzie adopt the roles of Eric and Estelle Etoile. Eric is a showman/clown while Etoile is the ringmistress and singer. They offer a slice of explosive slapstick entertainment, bridging the sublime and grotesque, and their on stage chemistry promises the audience fireworks at every show. Chris Lynam is renowned for his brand of crazed humour and for surprising audiences; his comedy is both thrilling and unusual, stretching variety to its limits. Also featured on the bill are the amazing talents of Tina Tuomisto and her hula hoops, the almost unbelievable acrobatic skills of Duo Magestic, Australian magician and escapologist Tony Roberts, and trapeze and rollerskating artists Bella Kinetica.
