Bobby Crush - & His Musicians: The Anniversary Show

Work:: Bobby Crush (S0643617084)

Performer Bobby Crush

Production:: & His Musicians: The Anniversary Show (T0695431572)

On the 18th of September 1972, Bobby Crush made his debut on the TV talent show "Opportunity Knocks!". It's this date that Bobby has always considered to be his "official" entry into showbusiness and so this date in 2021 marks his 49th anniversary as Britain's favourite piano entertainer. As a direct result of his time on "Opportunity Knocks!", he soon found himself with a single in the charts, an album in the top 20 and a season at the London Palladium, all by the age of 18. A stellar career followed as a pianist, actor, songwriter and even a panto dame! By way of celebrating the big day, Bobby and his musicians bring a special show featuring selected tracks from his 15 albums, as well as music by Michel Legrand, Henry Mancini and Burt Bacharach. In the final 15 minutes of his show, Bobby will take requests from the audience to round off what should be a memorable evening for all his fans.
