The work created by recent graduate, Alison Brookes, is influenced by marine life and discarded rubbish from the sea shore. The pieces explore these subjects through abstraction. The final fabric collection encompasses the spontaneity of collage, which is influenced by her visual research. To enhance this, the fabrics properties were exploited through various print processes to create unique pieces and concepts.
