Actually, I'm not sure that this is a "play" at all, more an experience! Think South Park meets Dali and you might just have a small sense of the wonderful absurdity that defines this show.
How do you review something where the performers are themselves reviewing the reviewers reviews of their shows. I would suggest "very carefully"! Perhaps this is an insiders joke but I found it incredibly funny, the funniest thing I have seen at the fringe in the last three years and I was left with a huge grin even though I had to run across town (literally) immediately it was over in order to get to my next show - I arrived panting, still laughing and on a real high.
The combination of Zoe Coombs Marr, Ursula 'red hanky trick' Martinez and Adrienne Truscott is a masterstroke and the self-knowing script and curious voice-overs all add to the completely planned mayhem.
The additional character (not in the script) is an hoot and the whole thing is played nude, or perhaps more properly, naked - unashamedly in the buff - but that's not the reason to love this show, it's sheer mania is!
