The stage adaptatiion of Irving Berlin's musical Top Hat is coming into London in April 2011. The 1935 file, which starred Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers, centred on the story of American dancer Jerry Travers and his bumbling producer Horace Hardwick and including such songs as "Cheek to Cheek" and "Top Hat". Casting for the London run at the Aldwych Theatre has yet to be announced but the tour has included Summer Strallen and Tom Chambers as well as Martin Ball, Richard Afonso, Vivien Parry and Stephen Boswell - is is directed by Matthew White and choreographed by Bill Deamer.
