Mum has just died and the daughters gather to celebrate her birthday and to discuss the will, but each wants and needs different things and returning to the house, and to all being together, stretches their relationships to breaking point. An effective set, beautifully choreographed movement and a well constructed script make this a genuinely engaging play. The use of a red dress to signify "mum" and the clever representation of "gran" mean that the pace can be kept up throughout as the relationships return, collapse and are reforged. Movement is tightly controlled and characters are believably written and presented. This is a production that will grab you, a cast that will impress you and a play that will stay with you.
