Anthony Dowell's final year as Director of
The Royal Ballet will include Swan Lake which Dowell first produced in 1987, Ondine, The Nutcracker, La Fille mal gardée, Romeo and Juliet and Giselle - and premieres of works by
Michael Corder and
Ashley Page as well as an opportunity to see two
Antony Tudor works conceived in the 1960s.
The Royal Opera will present four new productions including Tristan und Isolde, La Cenerentola, The Queen of Spades and the first Royal Opera mounting of Hans Werner Henze's Boulevard Solitude. The season will include [José Cura], who sings Otello,
