Ahh, Henning - no one tells a German joke like you! A short first half of "old favourites" led into a second, longer half giving us the new show "Westphalia is not an Option" looking at life in the UK in general and an immigrant's life in particular. And that is the nub of what Henning is talking about - he never considered himself an "immigrant" until Brexit - does he meet the "immigrant" basic standards? It would seem not but he is potentially faced with losing residency or being accused of taking jobs from British people (his job being "observational comedy about life in the UK from the perspective of a foreigner living here"). His sequence identifying and then ridiculing some of the British p.c. sensitivities is a delight and very insightful - I just wish he'd projected the images as they were hard to see from the balcony!
Two American ladies next to me were completely lost ... a German with a Cockney turn of phrase pulling British legs ... they didn't stand a chance!
