Bump!

This two hander by Andrew Hollingworth has plenty of potetial, and this production very nearly steps up to the mark and delivers. It is an entertaining story of a couple brought together by a minor car crash who develop a car crash of a relationship that might, or might not, end well. Oriana Charles and Andrew Hollingworth as the couple engage in a frantic telling of the tale, full of amusing choreography and pace - but that becomes part of the problem. Michael Woodood's direction leaves little space for the audience to breathe and gets in the way of you engaging with the actual characters behind the action. A softer, or more accurately, a more variable, tone with a bit less of the frenetics would serve this interesting script well.
