Connected archiveTwo people linked by an event in their past. They meet at a funeral of a man; their unique connection to this man unrealised by either of them. As they allow each other to explore the issues of their pasts and how their lives have been affected by their experiences they question what hold this man had over them. When these two characters meet, theirs is an unconventional relationship brought about from an understanding of each other. Sparks fly, laughter draws them in and the depth of human emotion plays out. These are two survivors but how will their time together affect them? The subject matter of this piece has developed over some twelve months; stemming from a conversation with survivors of sexual abuse and how it has affected their lives in different ways.

The performance on 9 September is a Gala night the proceeds of which will go to CHILDLINE, the performance time is 8:30pm.
