The Riverside Players, London. Formed 1951 by former students of the Central School of Speech and Drama. Productions start on a green field site and fourteen days later depart leaving a slightly marked, yellowy green field. In between, a complete outdoor theatre is built - stage, set, lightiing, sound and seating - and a production of a high standard and competence is rehearsed and performed for five nights. http://www.riversideplayers.org.uk

We normally stage three productions a year - a play in the spring, a musical in the summer and a pantomime in December. Rehearsal nights are Mondays and Thursdays, 8 - 10 pm at the Memorial Hall, Straight Road, Old Windsor. If you would like to join us, either on stage or backstage, please e-mail us for further information.
The Riverside Players
Established in 1951 by former students of the central school of speech and drama, the Riverside Players meet up once a year in Pangbourne Berkshire for two week of, live-in, intense theatre. We have a brilliant working atmosphere and the two weeks combines all the fun you can have in theatre. http://www.riversideplayers.org.uk
