Learning Disability Arts Network for London
We are a collection of artists in the London area who have learning disabilities or who work with and for people with learning disabilities. We include workers in dance, drama, film, music, multi-media, video and the visual arts. Some of us concentrate on performance and presentation, some on running workshops, and some on both. Network members take it in turn to host showcase events at their bases. Two or three groups make presentations about their latest work at each of these meetings. Key artists from outside the London region are increasingly invited to present their work at our showcases . We also welcome educationalists, journalists, venue programmers and funders - anyone interested in our field who could help it to develop. http://www.networklondon.org.uk
