The Blue Elephant in Camberwell is seeking writers to 'hijack' the theatre in a three-day coup. The Hijack will end with a performance of new work in which the writers call the artistic shots. Working over a three-day period on new, unperformed plays, four writers will be offered technical and artistic support from a range of theatre professional and the Blue Elephant's pool of actors. The workshops will culminate with a 'try-out' reading/performance in front of an invited audience.
