The culmination of the centenary of the birth of the John Betjeman Poet Laureate is a Gala performance to celebrate his life and work. Barry Humphries will host this evening of variety, music and dance. With a special video link to Dame Edna Everage from Australia. This year's centenary events have been organised by John Betjeman's daughter, Candida Lycett Green. In aid of SANE
