Starring Scotland's favourite actress Elaine C Smith along with George Donald and Steve Roberston of Scotland the What? fame, The Lord Provost's Variety Show will celebrate the best of Scotland's talent, in a feast of music, comedy and dance. This year, the proceeds will go towards dementia research at The University of Aberdeen, which will help buy scanners to assist in early detection of the illness.
