The ‘Evening With...' events will work a little bit like your school relay team - the interviewee from the last event passing on the baton to become the interviewer for the next. And so it will go on... Get ready for an evening of fabulously northern conversation. The first of our ‘Evening With' events, and a chance to find out what happens when you invite two fantastic northerners to come together for a good old fashioned chin wag. We're thrilled that our first interviewee will be one of Liverpool's living legends, Jimmy McGovern. Jimmy started his TV writing career working on the Channel 4 series, Brookside, and is best known for creating the drama series Cracker, Hillsborough and more recently Time and Moving On. He was recently granted the Freedom of Liverpool in honour of his life's work. Jimmy McGovern will be interviewed by one of our best loved actors and comedians, Johnny Vegas.
