Noir transports you back to a time of black and white movies of the 30s, 40s and 50s. It's New York City, a single spotlight illuminates a detective stood under a street light, fog swirls around his feet as he lights his cigarette, jazz music echoes all around, Welcome to the world of Noir. Veronica Smart is a beautiful 39-year-old woman married to her husband Cliff for 16 years, always wanting to be a star, she has now grown tired of the marriage and wants out. Meeting a group of teenagers at the local school she works, sets in motion a plan that will include seduction, passion, lies, manipulation and murder. With a brand new eye popping black and white multimedia visual production, |Noir promises to be something you have never seen on the fringe scene before. Noir is a play simply to entertain, to allow you to leave the troubles of the outside world and escape for a few hours in to a world of hardened detectives, burning desires, teen angst, lust and a deadly femme fatale.
